Our company produces a wide range of preserves, raw material for which is Clupea palasii – the frozen and Pacific herring Clupea harengus — Atlantic herring frozen.

According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from December, 31st, 2015 ¹683 "On the national security Strategy of the Russian Federation" manufacture of preserves from herring in 90% localized in Russia. As raw material we use frozen fish domestic suppliers* from Kamchatka to Primorsky Krai, as well as fish, the supply of which has been from the Faroe Islands. The raw material fully complies with the requirements of the Legislation of the Russian Federation sanitary-and-hygienic norms and rules of a parasitic security. Each batch of raw materials received in the TD “BALTIISKIY BEREG” LLC, is a parasitic test in a special laboratory**. According to the regulations in fish products is not allowed the presence of viable larvae of helminths. The content of larvae in viable condition (dead) legislation is not standardized.

Current sanitary-epidemic requirements allow the use of sea fish, guaranteed to be decontaminated by deep freeze***. Given the specificity of the raw material base of the North-East Atlantic, North Atlantic, Pacific, the Russian Federation, we can say that every second or third herring individual has signs of damage. However, the affected area is the abdominal cavity that is not edible. After going through a rigorous processing fishing company and expertise in our laboratory, the detection probability of viable larvae is reduced to zero.

In accordance with the new technical regulations the product should not be worms and other parasites. Previously, they were allowed in the guts, just dead. Under the new technical regulation, parasites should not be at all, so before salting the fish, we remove all the insides.

The EGGS of the BALTIC COAST is not artificial, and simulated: caviar is made from natural ingredients: fish oil, fish broth. The production does not use preservatives.
